Join Richardean Ackbar in this introductory presentation of Tai chi. Tai chi is a graceful form of exercise used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions.  It involves a series of movements performed in a slow focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.  Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and towel.
